my bbt stays at 36.4 and 36.3 from the 1st day of the cycle.i am now at my 20th day.what does this mean??

It's very possible that you are not ovulating. Check out fertilityfriend.com. You can chart for free on their site and they will interpret your data and let you know if ovulation is detected.
Make an appointment with your OBGYN and have him/her review your charts. There are medications, such as Clomid, that can help you ovulate. I used it and it helped me conceive my daughter.

It means you haven't ovulated yet! When you ovulate your BBT will spike up about .4-.6 degrees!

I purely bought mine at walmart for a touch over 8.00 , my instert that became with it became very targeted, which includes a chart, best of luck and sending toddler airborne dirt and dust to everyone who needs its!
