My sister in law and her husband wanted a child real bad also. They tried everything amd he never worked. She went to her Dr. and he said to relax when her body was ready it would happen, that there was nothing wrong with either of them.
They had sex evey night, relaxed more and did not worry about having a baby 24/7. After a year she got pregnant and every two years after that, she now has three teenagers,.
Her daughter just got married about a month ago, they where planing on waiting a year before having a baby, duhhhhhhh I don't think so, she is expecting in 7 months.
So it all depends on attitude and how much stress you are under and your mental state. Be patience it will happen, don't be in sure a rush.....

Oh dear, you seem to be confused about some basic reproductive concepts. First of all, you are most fertile and most likely to get pregnant when you are ovulating.

If your periods are regular (about the same number of days per month) then you ovulate in the middle of your cycle. So if your periods are 28 days long, then you ovulate on day 14. This means the best time to have sex then is day number 13 (which is thirteen days past the first day of menstrual cycle.)

If you aren't sure when you ovulate, or for even greater accuracy, buy an ovulation test kit or ovulation strips from the drug store or online. You pee on the strip, or dip the strip in a cup of urine, to tell when you are ovulating. This is when you are most likely to get pregnant.

Take prenatal vitamins, and avoid caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, smoking, and all drugs, both over-the-counter, prescription, and illegal. good luck.

Yes you can only get pregnant when you ovulate so you probably ovulated before that . Continue to have sex every two days after your period ends. For about the next 15 days . Good Luck

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your fiance to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your fiance to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

well sometimes it takes more that a week of sex to get pregnant, you could have been close enough to already have your period the sperm goes in the fallopean tube while the egg is going through so just wait a little while and check again, you can continue having sex but give it more time that a week to check if youre pregnant, good luck :)

Waiting and letting the sperm count build up ensures that you have stronger swimmers. Wait for a month, then have sex and you'll have a better chance. Also, if you take prenatal vitamins, don't smoke, keep well rested, and avoid caffiene your body will be better prepared for a baby. Good luck!

Take the first day of your period as day one.
You are most likely to get pregnant on days 12 - 16.

For me, it was having sex often and, I know it doesn't sound great, but not going to the bathroom right after. Also laying down for an hour after sex helps too! Good Luck!!!!
