im going to school and i just want to find a good way to remember the ph scale so my clients will get the correct products.

The pH scale is pretty straightforward. You've got numbers from 1 to 14, going from more acidic to more basic, with 7.0 being center neutral. In practical, non-scientific arenas, you won't be dwelling on the extremes. You will most likely be + or - 1.5 on either side of neutral (7.0) for a range of 5.5 - 8.5.
I don't know what kind of clients you have, but for example, human tissue fluid is slightly basic (7.4). Specific areas can vary from person to person, for example, urine can go the whole range 5.5 to 8.5. I've seen commercials that say male and female skin can vary in pH, but probably not by enough to matter what skin products are used.
If you are not dealing with people, but chemicals, you will be exposed to a much wider range in pH.
