Don't reply to the emails. You should have the option to mark their emails as spam or junk. I've had to change my email address before because of stuff like that. One thing to remember, don't send mass emails and ask your friends to not include you in mass emails. Mass emails spread your email address all over the place, and my experience has been that lots of spam come to me after I was part of someone mass email.

It looks like at some point in time you signed up for something and your name (and email) was entered into a database, and now you keep getting all this junk.

Solution #1 (the easy one) : Get a new email address, and NEVER use it to fill out anything online, use only to comunicate with people you know and also ask them never to distribute your email (ie, put you as a referal on any web site).

Solution #2: You can "train" your junk folder to recognize these messages and filter your inbox. Your email client (software) probably has information on how to do that on its help files.
