joy & sorrow both transcend the boundaries of
being human, it is an endless experience of
communion with who each of us express in
ones life time, where sorrow is our surrender
to pensives ways so joy is an action of gratification,
it is never ending because there is an endless
experience to the colours of love & curiosity, or from
the pressures of what we like or dislike and any
toxic agressive or defensive particulars we encounter.
We may suppose we have limits, yet within our
deepest inner feelings we still experience an endless
supply of sorrow & joy.

I have a limit. I almost never cry for anything, and I also limit myself to how much happiness I express outwardly.

No, no limits - I can go hell-bent either way, but that's what makes rebounding from it even better.
Jetsam, I'm sorry - wish I could help!
