YEAH MAN GET SOME TALENT!
No, seriously, you need to find a mate or someone who can set up a website for you and give it a cool name and possibly advertise. Alternatively, maybe a real good search will yield some sites where they are interested in viewing material but first stop - get it ww!

I'm sure you are good at art but don't try and rush into it finish you GCSE and then perhaps go to university to study for a degree in art you will have to be really lucky to just get famous without working to hard.
There are thousands or artist out there and it is a very competitive market as most artist struggle.
You should join a local art society who put on exhibitions and perhaps ask cafe and restaurants if they would display your work.
You have to cost into the painting what your time and materials and framing have amounted to. The galleries will take a commission starting at 25% and can be as much as 50%.
Some artist are trying ebay for sales but you ought to set a minimum price you would accept for your work.
Good Luck

call the art galleries in your area(depends on populations) and ask if you could have a "showing", they will take you from there. If it were me and I could not find a gallery I would have my own showing, find a vacant building in a good part of town find a small open window show room. Advertise of your showing's. You might even ask the landlord if he could rent it to you for maybe a week or two to see how well it will work out. Maybe one of the leading department stores will do a showing in there window if your really good. You know you can sell these pictures at the showings don't you? You have got to work for it but it works.

I know someone who is a famous artist. I knew his brother better, but I know him too. He started out by going to a local community college, where the art teacher there noticed his gift. She supplied him with canvas and painting materials. Then he went on to a four-year college, and the teachers there also recognized his talent. Eventually he got a art gallery on 57th Street in Manhattan to sponsor a trip to Paris. There he painted about two dozen paintings and returned to NYC to sell them. Today, he's an art professor at a art college in NYC and has showings at a gallery off and on on Manhattan's west side.

Well confidence certainly isn't a problem for you. If you want to get noticed and have your work displayed in galleries, start a portfolio NOW! Then you can contact places in any way you want - email, in person - whatever, and see what the reaction is. You will have to have a lot in your portfolio though so be warned - you have a lot of hard work in front of you. Nobody will entertain you if you only give a couple of examples of what your capabilities are. If you want to be a professional artist then you will have to be completely dedicated to it.
Good luck!

Develop a portfolio and take it round some local galleries. Lots of leg work, but it can work. Get to know what sort of stuff they show, how much commission they charge etc as well so you go in with your eyes open. Once you get known locally, you can develop a cv of what you have accomplished (eg. show in suchandsuch gallery) to try to reach wider ranging galleries.
If you set up a website to get known, make sure you copyright your pictures etc somehow eg. overlay "copyright" on them, else people will just be able to download your stuff and you wouldn't really get anything from that. I think there may be a way to stop pictures being saved onto disc as well, but you would need an IT person I think to help you.

going to collage and furthering your education is a good start it will clarify the field of art you want to go in to weather it is printing, graphics/ illustration, sculpture etc, and give you the backbone to your career. Web sites like artshole.co.uk are good as you can post 10 images of your work for free and buyers use this site to search for works and new talent. Join as many competitions as you can, for this you will have to have money and time on your hands to produce your work but if your dedicated you will probably find a way to manage. making a website is also a good way of showing your c.v to a wider audience but always copyright your work.
