I would not vote for Bush. I do believe that the cards were stacked against him because during the last 6 years so many unpredictable events have taken place. Although I am a staunch Republican, I believe he made the Iraq War a personal issue and the US should not be there. I support our troops and I appreciate their dedication to our country and I really think Bush should bring them home.

Since this question is conditional and speculative, allow me to answer in the following manner. If he could run again, it would always matter against whom he was running. If it were once again Al Gore or John Kerry, absolutely and in a heartbeat. When and if the democrats can put a viable, electable candidate to the forefront, I might consider than person.

yes. i don't think this administration was as bad as the media hype and the constant unfounded accusations of their enemies suggested. clinton had 8 yrs to catch the terrorists and failed, bush had 8 months and all the info he had was based on intel gathered during the clinton & elder bush admins. so it wasn't bush who was flawed it was the intel he had to trust. also everyone seems to forget that congress dem's and rep's voted for the war too and based their decisions on that same flawed intel but for some reason blame bush for it. its the intel agencies that are at fault. bush also has had to deal with more tragedies and problems than anyone president has had to and ppl forget he is only one man, the louisiana issue...the state and local governments are to blame for abandoning their ppl, bush allocated the money and resources but they were not used...the trailers for displace families are still sitting down there rotting unused. yeah i'd vote for him because when he stands for something he sees it through, he doesn't change his mind with every poll that comes out and he sees the bigger picture not just the immediate. there are many things he is doing so far as research, environment, taxes, policies etc. that will benefit this nation in the years to come long after he is out of office but he will get no credit for them, those that come behind him will take all the credit. take for instance all the policies he was trying to get through (immigration reform for one) with the support of many of the dem's but mccain and his gang stopped it. now that the dem's have control of congress and the house those ideas and policies that bush offered are going to be passed and guess who will take credit...the dem's. the media made a monster out of a man who clearly wanted only the best for this nation, they hated him because of his faith and his loyalty to others, the military and this nation so they basically judged and sentenced him in the media. thats so sad that we let the media and pundits shape the truth to fit their agenda then they spoon feed it to the masses who are either too stupid or too lazy to find out the real truth.

the biggest problem with this administration is they did not fight back with facts the constant accusations etc. they felt that the truth would come out eventually and it will, just long after they are gone.

Hell no...he's ruined the domestic and foreign policy of this country and created a HUGE deficit when we finally had a surplus. I didn't vote for him either time, but I had no idea he was going to mess up things so bad.
