From 1868-1982, two dates may be found on most Spanish coins. The larger date is the year of authorization and the small date incused ( indented) on the two six pointed stars found on most types, is the year of issue. On your coin the year of issue is in the stars. They were minted from 1967-1975. It has general Franco on it, who died in 1975. All dates are listed as KM# 795 and Y#124. It is made out of aluminum. It does not have a high collector value. Most aluminum coins are shuned by collectors. It also is not legal tender in Spain. Spain uses the Euro and has demonetized all older coinage. Book value is 10-25 cents retail. There are a few proofs around that are worth a few dollars, but you would have noticed how it looked and said something.
