I dropped out of college a while back but I want to get back into school. I did a college search http://apps.collegeboard.com/search/servlet/advsearchservlet?buttonPressed=viewResults&navigateTo=9&viewpage=1 and found out Puerto Rico had the cheapest schools in the country even for nonresidents. I'm already in debt, I wanted to study Spanish anyways, and I just need an accredited degree. Are their degrees accredited? Is Puerto Rico accepting of blacks?

no this is a bad idea . what kind of support system do you have in puerto rico?? family friends ??? a job ??? I honestly feel a better option is a local junior college , you can talk to the counsler and set goals and make realistic plans as to when you will graduate and what kind of jobs you may want to get into in the future ........good luck man ... puerto rico is a brutally unforgiving place and if you are born and raised in the states you wont dig it ........
