I am not 100% sure, but I think this cartoon came on during "Tom and Jerry" This cartoon had a wolf and a goat I think. The goat kept eating everything and the wolf kept calling the goat "Billy-boy" In one scene the wolf puts the goat on rail-road tracks and sends him on his way. The goat comes back though, with stickers from different cities all over him. What is the name of this cartoon? Who are the characters in it? I need any info on this cartoon that you can give me.

Let me see if I can dig up anything on it and get back to you. I remember it *didnt he sprinkle salt on some railroad tracks that the goat ate? I also remember that stupid tune he was whistling throughout it.
It was a cute goat though..such tiny little horns
