You have to "rip" the tracks to the computer using Windows Media Player, WinAmp, or a similar program.

Go into the ripping tools on Windows Media Player and change the output format to mp3, then rip your cd and it should appear in My Documents >My Music >*artist name* >*album title*.

download a ripper like cdex.

if you are using itunes to import it should do it automatically.
