An international press freedom group on Thursday asked Pakistan to investigate the deaths of seven Pakistani journalists as vigorously as it did the slaying of U.S. journalist Daniel Pearl in 2002.

Officials of the New York based Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) made the demand during a visit to Pakistan in the wake of the execution-style killing last month of a Pakistani journalist, Hayatullah Khan, in North Waziristan.

So many journalists are being murdered due to the fact that they are in their country. No american is safe over there, not even the media. You must understand that they believe our country is formed by Satan and they will destroy every part of it. Including it's people. There is no mercy in war and they are showing that every single day. Every journalist puts their life in danger when they take that job, but some have to play the heroes and they get hurt in the process. Thank you.

All sides murder journalists, including the Americans, because they don't want the truth to get out.If you are not embedded with the Americans,so they can control where you go & what you see, then your life is in serious danger. It's simply a fact of the propaganda war.
