split the sleeve hems , bodice hem and neckline with a razor blade in one or two places. Then rub those areas on some clean concrete to give them a distressed look.
mix up some brown and red fabric dye in very diluted form and apply to the edges.
draw some chinese characters on it with colored magic marker.
sew some thread in random patterns.
wear it inside out.
etc.... as sponge bob says...use your IMAGINATION! ;D

Should be ok provided the other clothes are all dark. You can get a special washing liquid by Dylon called Colour Protect and Wash which is supposed to stop colours from running or fading - I got mine in my local supermarket. It would keep your red tshirt nice and bright.

Go to your local art or sewing store and get some glitter fabric paint or rhinestones, and do a little embellishing in a pattern you like. You might just do a little sparkle around the neckline, or an initial or flourish on the shoulder. Just don't overdo it, or you'll lose that simplicity you like so much.

You can cut it into a new style. Maybe, if you know whow to sew, you can make it into a haulter. Or if you want to use it as something else, you can make it into a purse. But if you you want to keep it as is with a bit more pazzaz..you can add decorative things such as glitter, rhinestones or jewels to places like the collar and sleeves. Or you can cut out shapes from other materials and sew them onto the shirt.

Tie a scarf over it, around your waist or use a thick belt. That'd look great!
