Can TK can be powerful because i watch this video about the real telekinesis they control there powers weakly but on the movie i buy on DVD called X-men this woman called Jean Grey/Phoenix had this telekinesis but its more powerful and massive when she use it,can a normal human being had a really really strong telekinesis ability ?

No, a human being could not have a power that strong.
Jean Grey has that power because she's a mutant, there is a difference. Since you watched number 3 you should know that they were talking about 'cancelling' out the X-gene, which is also what they named the mutant gene in the movie. Jean Grey is a mutant more powerful than Magneto, the guy you saw crunching up semi's and throwing them.
Humans can't have telekinesis because they don't have the mutant gene :) but a mutant, a powerful enough one, can have a power that strong.

well if the person is normall then they are praoble not able to do that easy or at all. but smart and stimulated brains can proably make a person able to do that much power
