there are two types you can buy. there's a "core system" for approx. $200. This comes with the PSP, a battery pack, and an AC Adapter. The other type is the "upgraded system" for approx. $300. This comes with the PSP, battery pack, AC Adapter, headphones, a 32mb memory stick, and i think a game.

personally, i bought the $200 one, and then bought a 1GB memory stick for about $60. and then i bought a $30 game (World Tour Soccer 06, i recommend it!!). All together, it still cost me LESS than $300. the only thing i needed were headphones, but my iPod headphones worked just fine. ohhh...AND I HAVE A BIGGER STORAGE SPACE WITH THE 1GB MEMORY STICK! (great for music storage, photos, and other downloads that WONT FIT into the 32MB one that comes with the upgraded system).

i hope this answered ur question...and hopefully helped you decide which version to get, if ever you were to buy one.

PSP RULES!!

A profit sharing plan or the playstation portable? The playstation portable is anywhere between $200 to $260 depending on if you find one on sale or if it is a used one for sale.
