A trapezoid can be constructed so it has only 2 right angles.

Can't think of a name for that.

Here's how it works for 4 sided, closed, plane figures:

- quadrilateral
- trapezoid, 2 parallel sides
- parallelogram or rhombus, opposing sides parallel, for rhombus the sides are also of equal length
- rectangle or square, you know...

Note that the square is a subset of rectangles and the rhombus is a subset of squares.

So, I've never heard of a special name for the figure that you describe.
