yes he does.i've only seen him once and he was very creepy.however,he did look a lot more imposing than previous riddlers.

That is one of MANY reasons why I refuse to watch the Kids WB version of Batman and the Legion of Super-Heroes.
They have dumbed down those great characters and basically ruined Batman for me again.
It was bad enough when Tim "I have never read a comic book in my life" Burton made his version of the Batman movies with that awful Michael Keaton horribly miscast for the role.
Then the WB Kids ruin it by making Batman and the other characters look REALLY really silly and ridiculous.

Yup, and he gets pounded by Batman just as easily as any of his other appearances.
