how can i convert text files into .ncf (nokia content copier) files?

i want to transfer text files from pc to mobile phone through nokia content copier. if i transfer file the screeen displays ncc couldt find any .ncf files. how can i convert the text files stored in my pc into .ncf files so as to transfer the details to my mobile.

download the latest version of pcsuite on www.nokia.com and see if u can find a converter there
