If you are trying to do this online, then you will need to "register new user" before you do anything. If it is prepaid, you need to register as a prepaid user. If you have not used cingular.com before, the PIN code is the last four digits of your mobile number. If you have a contract phone, then you will need to register online with the account holder's information. Then you will be able to access it.
I know that prepaid services were down yesterday for quite some time. I know that prepaid has been back logged (taking a while for things to go through our switch) for a while also. If you have been able to access mycingular in the past, it still may be down again.

if you have prepaid then you prabably need to call the ppl at cingular
