It's always courteous to take something where you have been invited, especially if it does involve food and drink. It would be nice if you took maybe a tray of hourdorves (not real sure how to spell that), or if it's pretty casual a basket of chips and dip would do. If you're not comfortable taking food or unsure of what the visit will entail, then it would be nice if you took the hostess a small bouquet of flowers.

Take a bottle of wine or 2, they have offered an invite & meal, you should return the favour and assist in the liquids. Or you could ask what you should bring, if they say nothing, take wine

Stay safe, take some wine. Go to a local supermarket morrisons/asda and ask for a bottle of red and a bottle of white. You dont have to spend a fortune for something decent but dont get anything too cheap.

If they have asked you for a drink then leave yours behind. Flowers are always acceptable as they last a week or so and the brighten up the place.
They seem nice people so become good friends with them.
