You may be able to get it repaired at a specialist on the high street rather than send it off.
If it is under guarantee and is a genuine DKNY watch then visit their web site and you will be able to get contact details off that.

If you have a Sunglass Hut & Watch Station (sometimes they're separate stores) around you, take it there first. If it's a small thing, they might fix it for free. They do sell DKNY brand so they should at least be able to tell you what's wrong with it and what part you need.

I looked at the DKNY website and since they are not currently selling watches, they recommended calling 1.800.231.0884 for their corporate customer service. I don't know if you live in the U.S. but if you don't, the 800 number may not work. There is a "contact us" link on the website and then you can email them for help. Good luck!

Check your guarantee. If it says worldwide warranty/guarantee and being DKNY it should, you can take it into any DKNY stockist for repair. Some may give you the BS that as it wasn't purchased there or in UK that they do not have to take it in, but they are obliged to.
You may get charged for any postage costs as well as the repair if it is out of or not covered under the warranty.

If it's under guarantee, it should tell you in the manual that came with it. As you bought it in Spain, this could be complicated.

The easiest option may be to take it to a local watch repairer (Timpsons, the ones that do key cutting also do watch repairs). It may cost a few quid, but you have to balance that against sending it away for maybe weeks.

Check the guarantee you got with the watch it should have a address that is near to you that you could send it to be repaired if it is still under guarantee that is. I bought a watch in spain and I was still entitled to have my watch repaired in a workshop that was near me when the strap snapped. If it is not under guarantee then bring it to a watch shop to be repaired. They can usually get parts for most watches.
