use an of paint programes like photoshop or paint and save the files As JPG or BMP (pic) then you can use it as wallpaper

Use any paint programme - design your work - save them as jpg or bmp format - then on the desktop press right click - go to properties and then select desktop and browse select your file - which will now be your wall paper
