there is this boy i like,(of course!), and wat if you cant go oon a date with him because your mom thinks you are too young to have a boyfriend or go on a date? well he isnt me bf, just a crush, and i am about to start my 1st year of high school, and i have never had a bf! can you help me?

Tell your mom it's just a movie and you know how she feels about you dating but you are not going to do anything that it wrong just see the movie with this "friend" Tell her how you feel about this boy but mention that her thoughts are important to you and you wouldn't do anything that would disappoint her.

Boyfriends/crushes and dates are a sign of maturity and responsibility. Show your mom that you're all these things and she might let you. Also see about compromising (double dates, group dates, etc). You ARE only about 14/15 y/o. I didn't go on my first date until I was 19 y/o and out of the house. Also involve your mom, make a list of attributes that you'll want in a boyfriend, etc. Talk to your mom to find out why this rule was placed.

Um...quite trying to have BF, you hussie. There will be plenty of time for that later.
If you just have to be around this guy, ask your mom about inviting him AND TWO Other friends along to go to a movie. Exchange IM addresses or something and try to get to know him before you make a mistake your likely to regret.

I told my mom @ 15 I was going to start dating so she should be OK with it so she could know who I was dating, or I could just do it behind her back and she would not know who I was with or where I was at, I was still going to date even if she wasn't OK with it.

try talking to your mom and see why she doesn't want you dating. don't complain or throw a tantrum act mature and maybe she will trust you to go on a group date...good luck
