I often wonder why women do not wear hosiery more often. I think any legs look better in hose and any outfit looks better as well. Hosiery is not as uncomfortable as many women try to make it seem.

Ok, until you have worn pantyhose all day in a hot office during the summer, then I really do not think you should try saying something like "it is not as uncomfortable as many women try to make it seem."
It depends on the woman, and her comfort level with them. They can pinch, they can run and they can slide down.
It is sometimes just really an uncomfortable annoyance.
They also can smell very bad after wearing for a prolonged period of time.
Yes, they may make the leg look better, but some women just rather go without...

Hosiery is uncomforatble. Have you worn any lately...all day? Try putting them on! My husband laughs his butt of everytime he sees me struggles with pantyhose. He can't understand why women bother with the trouble. Som emen prefer skin...real, smooth skin. To each is own, but I prefer to go through the least amount of trouble getting dressed as I can. It's enough to have to do makeup, hair, etc...let alone worry about something as trivial as hose.

I think most women are jsut uncomfortable in them. I know alot of women that don;t wear any in the summer, but do wear them in the winter. It depends on the weather conditions. I agree that t does make an outfit look nice.

Hosiery is not that comfortable and they can be very expensive. And when you get a snag or a run in the middle of the day, they don't look that great either.

It's such a thing of the past. It looks silly and old fashioned. And it IS uncomfortable...believe me. You try walking around all day with a tight elastic band around your naval. It cuts off circulation and hurts and gives you indigestion. Not to mention pantyhose makes your underwear ride up your butt!
