Hi, a few years ago we had the same problem. Our hampster had gone behind the cooker and down under the floorboards by the soil pipe. I thought that there was no way he would be able to get back up and sadly covered the hole (just in case he hadn't gone down there). After a week we bought another hamster and a day later our old hamster reappeared. He had his pouches filled with junk he had found under the floorboard and his feet were sore. He had come back from under the floorboards as when I moved the cooker he had pushed the covering out of the way. I had to go out and get another cage as hamsters dont live together very well. All was well in the end. Dont give up hope and in the evenings put out some food near to his cage and hopefully he will turn up again. Good luck. Let us know if he turns up.

My hamster did that too, what is it with hamsters and cookers!!! I waited a few days untill it came out for food at night then caught it. If u dont want to wait tho i'd move the cooker and go get it myself! And when u do get it, i'd recomend at least 4 pegs on the cage door!
Let me know how it goes and if you manage to get it out!

Oh dear they are little buggers! I once had a Russian Hamster that got free, unfortunately i never found him, but if i were you i would pull youre cooker out and just sit and wait until the right moment to capture him. Don't forget to feed him still otherwise he will die!

It will get hungry, after all a hamster needs to eat.
Lay out a tray of it's favorite fruits and veggies with some dry food and water. If you don't know the hamster's favorite fresh foods try a few grapes, carrots, broccili and celery. raisins are good too. For some reason my friend's hamster was in love with stale banana chips...my hamster never did go for that though...
one time my hamster escaped during a sleep over, i found out when i woke up with him crawling all over my face trying to wake me up. it happened about three times each time he woke me up out of everbody. one time he got lost for a few days i tried the veggie trick and it worked like a charm
Also if you have any cats or dogs or even a bird move them into the other room. just sit a ways away from the tray and stay still. The reason i don't suggest putting it in a cage for him to crawl in and get it was i don't know about your hamster but mine was to smart for that so just lay it out on the floor and pick him up

LOL why now stay conscious even as you'll be able to? i have stayed up 40 8 hours, no longer when you think about that I f**ed it up although when you think about that I actually have dozing complications and would no longer get to sleep in spite of the actuality that wiped out i'm. Sounds boring although be extremely joyful about, reliable, being waiting to sleep even as others are fortunate to get 2/3 hours a evening time, and bypass many days and by no ability using a nap in any respect. putting that an element, in the shape you want to adhere unsleeping, close on your eyes for somewhat and quiet down, beware now to not bypass to sleep, although purely quiet down. perchance 5/10 minutes. Then upward thrust up and also you would possibly want to assume truly better energized. it truly works for me although my sleep is messed, and that i'm a touch bit impressive.... annnyywwaaay, properly reliable fortune! :) xx

place some fresh fruit and veggies about arms length and I'm afraid you will have to do this at night around 2ish sit back and wait till the bugger comes out for the food? try to block the hole the second he touches the food. i had this trouble with one of mine in the end he decided to nest in a kitting basket next to the hole.

Remove ALL sources of food for your hamster in the kitchen. Put a saucepan in an accessible spot in the kitchen. Put some of his food in it. Put some books next to the saucepan so than he can clamber in. Leave it overnight to awake to captured greedy hamster.

get a bucket or a tall waste basket, and put a piece of soft clothing in it to cushion the bottom. Then take a piece of wood to make a ramp up to it.Put some peanuts and sunflower seeds,or your hamsters favorite food in it and place it near the cooker. When the hamster climbs up the ramp for the food,he will fall in and won't be able to get out.Put him back in his cage, and secure it so he can't escape again.
