where can I purchase Inexpensive but good quality engagement rings? I've already looked at Macy's,Tiffany's,Jcpenny and Zales.Where else should I search?

There is no such thing as an inexpensive and good quality engagement rings.

For inexpensive substitute the word 'cheap'. With engagement rings you are paying for the raw materials (gold, diamond) not the workmanship. You get what you pay for I'm afraid.
