I keep receiving a call from someone claiming to be in Brazil.

Caller ID is a function of the callers service provider.If the caller elects to have his number blocked there isn't much you can do,short of a court order.Even then you might not have much luck,especially if the caller is from another country.
I speak from experience.I'm a telecommunications technician.

No, whoever called had their caller ID blocked. That is usually a sign of a solicitor or collector.

hey it is displayed private number coz it is from abroad.i guess u have samsung or panasonic handset.just keep ignoring if u got disturbed ith calls or else u can n joy if u wanna so.

you cant see private numbers. this is why i never answer them as who knows who they could be? and they can't be called back either.
