i think its sensible to ask questions anytime of ,because someone will sure be online and answer you.....no matter the time of the day.

You always can get good and bad, you just have to sort through the ones you don't want. In general there are many good intelligent people on this site that are ready to give you sensible answers. There are a few that go out of their way to be sensational or ridiculous. You just have to ignore those and appreciate the ones that try to do their best.

You can get sensible answers at most times, there are a few of us that will answer properly if we can.
I would avoid 4pm till 9pm when you tend to get a lot of kids on and during the day when most people are at work you dont get many answers.

would not place any bets, i have had silly answers whenever i have asked a question, sometimes i am on in the morning, sometimes, afternoon, sometimes evening, and always someone gives you a silly answer, dont think i will bother anymore...just answer is safer
