shouldnt mix work and pleasure she works for you as a servent not a sex slave go find some other 40 year old to bang or better yet find someone ur own age and let the poor woman do her job its probably uncomfotrtable for her cause she probably feels like if u flirt with her she has to be nce and do it back so she doesnt loose her job. She may be hot and all but there are plenty of hot 24 year old out there.

Even if she DID show signs of being interested, I still think it would be inappropriate being that she's an employee.

where are you that you have a servant? I didn't know people had servants anymore....unless maybe if you are royalty or something..hmm...interesting. well, she is your servant, not slave...therefore...she doesn't have to show you any skin...she is too old for you anyway- too much risque involved. she prolly doesn't want to loose her job....shoot..if my boss asked me for a sexual favor...i'd have him arrested for sexual harrassment...!
