I caught a tiny bit on The View about Rosie O Donnell and Kelly Rippa argueing about Clay Akin. What in the world happened? If you find a article about it please send it to me also. Best answer without sarcastic comments wins points. Am a devoted Clay Fan no matter who or what he does in his life.

Clay, putting his hand over Kelly's mouth, probably, was not the best decision. However, it was not the end of the world, and Kelly carrying on about it like she did was FAR more unprofessional than Clay covering her mouth in the first place.
I mean, come on, lets face it, there have been a million and one times someone should have covered that woman's mouth! I, personally, think it is pretty hilarious that Clay Aiken had the "kahunas" to do it!
Rosie.......she should have stayed out of it.

I saw that too. IT had something to do with Clay covering Kelly's mouth so he could get a word in. Rosie is acting like Kelly said something bad about gay people. I think it was Clay trying to shut Kelly up myself. Regis sometimes can't get a word in with her babble.

my understanding was that Clay thought Kelly was asking too many personal questions, so, he put his hand over her mouth. Rosie thought that was digusting and rude, considering that you do not know where his hands has been at. Really. He could have been jerking off! And, I think, Kelly was defending him. Rosie should curse Clay out and tell him to come on out of that damn closet! He'll be happy if he did!

I read somewhere that Clay co-hosted for Regis with Kelly and as Kelly was all chatty chatty Clay, as a joke, put his hand over her mouth and she was none to happy and made some comment like, we dont do that and I dont know where those hands have been.

The talk show host went off on Aiken Monday morning on "Live With Regis and Kelly," saying "I don't think he was respectful in any way." She says Aiken was hostile toward her when they shared co-hosting duties on Friday's show.
She especially took issue with Aiken putting his hands over her mouth during an interview. She says you don't do that, even if it's for a laugh.
Regis Philbin says he's shocked the pair didn't hit it off, saying, "In my wildest dreams would I ever think that one day you would have a feud with Clay Aiken."

Seeing as how I don't watch television and have no idea what happened between Rosie and Kelly.
Whatever the case may be those two are just the pair to be arguing about anything. They are in two worlds to themselves and should both be sent to their rooms without room service and a Concierge to turn their beds down. Cuz thats what they would get a "turn down" at the bed! LOL
Clay is a singer and whatever it is that he or anyone does away from the limelight is their own business.
It must be pretty lame times when all they have to disrespect each other about is poor ole Clay.

i was just watching...basically rosie said that what "kelly saidwas a homophobic remark"...about what happened with clay(filling in for regis) and kelly on friday where he put his hands over kelly's mouth because he couldnt get a word in during an interview, kelly turned around and said "i dont know where that hand has been"....today kelly called in to talk to rosie...and she tried to defend herself.
i saw the whole thing on friday and thought that clay and kelly were joking around the entire show....but then yesterday when regis returned, kelly told regis what happened and from what she said was really offened by what clay did....i thought it was cute and funny...but i guess she felt differently...
