I would go to many sites because they can range drastically and most will email you your quote since there are many options, covered or uncovered, running or not running...etc.

you can hire someone to drive it or have it hualed to your destenation lok in the pone book for transport services

find a friend who is willing to drive it, pay them a driving fee plus expenses and buy them a bus/train/plane ticket home.
