I didn't get anything with my computer no disk's nothing, i had called them and they said they would send me something but i never git it.

You should go to the manufacturer's site, there might be instructions there.Some computers will have a partition on the hard drive that you can restore from.System restore can also work .I would get on their case for that disk though.Do you have the manual ?If not ,usually it can be downloaded.Good luck Jessie!

You should have received a restore CD of some sort when you bought your computer. Just insert that CD and boot from it when your computer starts and it will begin the process. Be warned though, that you will lose everything that is on your computer now.

you can reset ur computer by system restore
To access the System Restore Wizard, click Start, and then click Help and Support. Click Performance and Maintenance, click Using System Restore to undo changes, and then click Run the System Restore Wizard.

call at ur helpline and ask for a restore cd and boot with that cd or you can simply format all your lacal hdd but c
