I don'tthink the school that you go to for an undergrad before getting into law school really matters that much. What matters more is that you have a respectable transcript and resume, and that you have EXCELLENT and I do mean EXCELLENT LSAT scores. Of course, the exception is if you are in some top-tier university like Emory, Harvard, Yale, Duke, Rice, Southern Cal, or similar.
If I were to go for a pre-law curriculum I would try to add some courses that demonstrate my flexibility as a learner. Those dummies who do nothing otherthan their social science stuff and history lessons in my opinion waste a lot of their credits on fluff. Better to take challenging courses like mathematics. An A in a calculus or organic chemistry class looks more impressive to me on a resume than an A in History of the Development of the Gun. You know what I mean?
Essentially, don't shoot for the moon with your undergrad. Go to a GOOD school where you can get good grades and a good basic education so that you can apply to an EXCELLENT law school upon graduation.

1. Any school you can get into and afford.
2. Harvard or Princeton if you want lots of money or political contacts.
3. Any top ten law school.
4. A school on the state where you want to live. Lawyers are most likely to get hired in the state where they studied.
