its been about a month now i was on the nuva ring and i just got my first period since soo what should i do and how do i know when i am ovulating

you should ovulate 2 weeks after the first day of your period, but if you have had a hormone imbalance it may not happen then. Get a home ovulation test kit form the drug store, they are easy to use and have the instructions in the box. Good luck
