The major reason for health inequality is the disparities in access to healthcare, which is a result of economic inequality. Low status individuals are also more likely to have less healthy diets and pursue unhealthy lifestyles.

Well the question is a little confusing. Are you talking about inequality in the avaliblity of health care? Or why some people are healthy and others aren't? Plus without knowing what you've already written any suggestions you got here could well duplicate what you've already said.
If you only have 400 words to go I'd suggest starting in on your conclusion, bring up your main points and the most supportive details and wrap it all up.

When you are poor you cannot afford the same quality of life so you resort to cheap compensations like rich, oily food and cigarettes. The pub is a cheap form of entertainment and so alchoholism consumption may well heighten. Less educated people are often less aware of health issues and also will be less ready to see doctors and specialists until problems become severe. Inner cities breed poverty and also toxic pollutants in the air. Hence, class-based health inequality

One of the major reasons for inequality, is not a lack of available healthcare but a lack of demand. Its proven that those classed as deprived often do not demand the same amount or level of care as those who are more affluent......for instance when a child falls over is it rushed to hospital just in case or given a sticking plaster and sent on its way?

From what I have seen, women have a tendency to have more health issues than men do. Possibly because of the stress they are put under. Nowadays, they not only have to manage the household, but they also have to help out financially with jobs. They are willing to take the kids to the dr or get thier spouse to go but always think of themselves last thinking thier problem(s) can wait.

It boils back down to racism and classism if you're asking about availablity of healthcare.
