When i see someone hurting someone else...or being left out intentionally, or being misunderstood so badly that you just can't explain yourself, and people think you're this that or the other but have no clue of the other side of things, and no desire to hear it....ignorance, war and any kind of oppression....racism, classism, adultism, you name it, if it excludes people and makes them feel worthless i hate it!
I F&*^ING HATE It, and i get angry and i smash things up and i hate advertising so much that i go out busting billboards....you have to react to the things you hate or you just swallow it and it eats you out from the inside....muchness for the angre man!!

if i am in a very bad mood already & something even more bad happens, i might feel fell hatred for someone or something.
alternatively if something bad happens to me now as in a bad day at work or something & is couple with some painful thoughts about the past, i feel hatred.
Sometimes I feel hatred to someone specific or to myself as in when I feel I have done something very stupid & regret it now.
I have only used physical strength one time in my life but that too I was reacting (hitting back) & I was under alcohol.
I would use physical strength literally only as the last resort of all but probably avoid it alltogether. Once a physical fight starts, things can really get out of control & u or the other person may get hurt very badly. It could lead to injuries and/or lack of peace of mind later on.
I would never slap kids b'coz they were torturing a kitten- that is bad & u should not do it again.
if possible, use physical strength only as a form of self-defence.

As a child, I used to react the same way for the same kind of reason. I wouldn't now. On the other hand when I see or hear of or read about people harming children - that realy makes me angry, and yes, I would be capable of physical violence. I'm talking here about child abuse, whether sexual, emotional, or physical.
Is it hatred? Yes, that would be my first feeling in some extreme cases, I think. I think that changes when I get a chance to think about it, but the anger remains.
