Have you ever seen or gotten into a verbal or physical fight with another person while Christmas shopping because there was only ONE of a certain item left, and you both wanted it? Or seen people fighting in a parking lot over a parking space?
I think Christmas is another word for CRAZY sometimes!

I try to maintain dignity and I have never gotten in a fight with anyone over a parking space or and item but I have spoken up when someone tries to cut into a line I have been waiting in. I just say,
"Excuse me, I was next." and most of the time the person lets me back into my spot. Once in awhile I get a "Tough s***." or some such and then I just let it go. I love it when a clerk will stand up for you, though!
Have compassion for the retail people, they are mostly doing the best they can!

I have never pushed or shoved anyone but I have gotten into a situation where I was having to climb over people to get to the ninja turtles ( that's all my son wanted for Christmas) but I remember when the Cabbage Patch dolls were so popular, and they had a fight at the ToysRus . I wasn't one of the women involved in that, I didn't care much for the cabbage patch dolls but they sure were going crazy over who was gonna get first pick out of those dolls.....like you said, Crazy sometimes!

ive seen some pretty crazy stuff before one time someone pulled out a gun for the newest elmo toy and grown-ups r really crazy for the parking spots...this one time there was one spot left and the person was backing out-we were waiting~and this other lady and her daughter were waiting too but we were there first and my mom said"i dont know the hell shes doing" and i said "HUH"then she zoomed in and when she got out my auntie got out of the car with my mom and they almost had a fist fight over a parking spot i told them tell her to move and they said no were gonna stay here till she moves i said im going in they didnt here me and i was in the mall for 1hour and 30 minutes and they were all still out there(i had already id my christmas shopping when i went in there)it was funny because thats the reason we were going there and i said ok im ready to go now i finished shopping and they were like what why u already went in there and i said yep been there done that can we please go now!?Then we left-it was really funny to tell u the truth~this was last year!!!!!~lilly oshiment

I was in Ikea one Christmas and these two Asian men, both driving expensive foreign cars, fought over the same parking space. First it was verbal, we stopped to watch because I couldn't believe they were swearing at each other over something so stupid. Then they started punching and pushing each other! It was bizarre. Even the employees came out of the store to watch. Cheap entertainment.

In the shopping mall parking lot I hear a lot of horns blowing and see people ready to explode 'cos they wanted that certain space. So ridiculas, and then they have set the mood for shopping 'cos they haven't even entered the store yet.

yes i have seen women get into a fight over toys! funny and disturbing! and I once witnessed a guy sit in his car and repeatedly blow his horn and start to yell at the person in the space that he wanted.....but here's the lay off the crack pipe moment.....he was parked directly behind the person...we all stood there watching this imbecile jerko** act this way, while the other person couldn't possibly pull out of the space..can you say...ddddeeerrr hey! lol

No that has never happened to me but I did go out at 6:00am last year on black friday and I will never do that again. It was total and utter madness!!!
