For Arkansas, they'll have to win vs LSU and vs Florida and wind up 12-1, and USC will have to lose one or both of its final games.
For Florida, they'll have to beat FSU and Arkansas and wind up 12-1, and same results for USC as above.
However, I believe personally, a 12-1 Florida would have a chance to be #2 in the final BCS poll over Michigan, but not a 12-1 Arkansas, because of Arkansas' bad 50-14 loss at home to USC.

Florida is the best shot for the sec but even if USC loses and Florida wins out the voters still might want to give the rematch to Michigan. That game made alot of money last week and think of the ratings it will get for the national championship. I don't think it would be fair to Florida but they might be looking at it from a financial view. Personally I don't think they should put Michigan back in cause they had their shot and lost. I say let someone else have a shot. Besides that game wasn't as close as the score showed. The refs kept Michigan in that game. But it won't matter who OSU plays for the championship I don't see them losing to anyone.

Notre Dame would have to beat USC, and It would have to be Florida to win the SEC championship because Arkansas is a little too far behind because they lost to USC. With that, there is still a chance that they won't pass Michigan in the BCS.

No way dude, I am with you! Its hard not to recognize the SEC champ!
Florida plays Florida State Nov-25 and the Arkansas Dec-2
Arkansas plays LSU Nov-25 and Florida Dec-2
If one team wins out and USC loses either to Notre Dame or UCLA.
The SEC must be considered for the coveted spot against OSU!

Notre Dame has to beat USC.
If voters feel they do not want Michigan in, then they probably won't put ND in either, because Michigan beat ND. So the SEC champ would be next in line.
This is just my opinion.
