Shooter gets a missed shot? Is there a rebound? Turn-over? Steal?

The defender gets a block, the shooter gets a missed FG, and the ball is conidered loose after the block, so there is no rebound or steal afterward. However it is a turnover if the ball goes to the defender's team.

Shooter gets a missed shot, and the player who blocked the shot, well, gets an extra block. When the ball goes out of bounds team retins possession but the shot clock will still tick with whatever seconds left. If the swatted ball goes to the blocker's teammates then it is considered a turnover.
