I know of none. If you just have a smaller amount left over I'd either sell them to a friend or neighbor that works on their house a lot. If you have an abundance of screws & nails left I'd contact a local homebuilder or remodeller. They're always looking to save a buck. If you can't get rid of them either way I just heard that Habitat For Humanity has a resale store in my town for building materials that people have donated. I'm sure they would make good use of your leftovers.

No screws and bolts are such a easy to come by item that there is really no reason to have a buy back program. Plus to be honest for a hardware store it is cheaper for them to buy in bulk than a few at a time. Just keep them you never know when you could use a screw or a bolt

If you purchased them at Home Depot or Lowe's and have the reciept, bring back ones that are unopened (that is, if it is a 5 lb box of nails and all are there, bring it back, if it is a 5 lb box of nails and you have 3 lbs left, then don't bother).

Never heard of such a thing. But just hang on to them; you'll find someplace to use them sooner or later.

Probably not because there are so many different sizes and types it would be unmanageable for a store to do that.
