My husband of 5 years.Left several months ago.I was with him since i was 15, So, to say i was devastated is an understatement!

First of all, Friends like you are priceless during such a difficult time such as this. She may not see that right now because she is consumed by grief. But, she will eventually!!
My best advice for you to help her is,Dont let her spend soo much free time alone.Make sure she is getting out everyday and continuing the routine of her daily life!! As for "going out" make sure you try to have a girls night as often as possible, the more she gets out there, the more she will realize that there is life after a break-up.
Make sure, that you are a good sounding board to her.Regardless if she repeats herself over and over.I know it can be annyoing, but let her get it out!! Not only would it be theraputic she may even be able to work out the problem and let go. good luck

definitely, in deed, not something can convenience individual who's coronary heart broken. besides, do issues what she likes and no way harm her. Make her think of which you associates all are there in spite of happens. dangle out plenty :) it ought to ease her. Time basically ought to heal her. And, with regard to the contemporary, provide something small which they're going to consistently have, so as that they could submit to in thoughts you in many circumstances, like each and every time they see that. You din't say the guy is a guy or a gal. besides, a wallent, cellular pouch, pen or form of, something they use daily.

Cheer her up by taking her out to dinner or having her over and watching movies eating popcorn and calling friends. Pick something you know she loves. He obviously wasn't brave since he didn't even tell her and she obviously deserves much better than him. Don't focus on it just hang out with her and have fun.
Let her forget about him, he's not worth it. If that's the way he is she can do much better but for the time being do something fun with her

Have a party for her with all of you girl friends. Have a "guy bashing" night and watch a movie where women get revenge. She devil is good.

One when I was in a simlear situation my friend brought over a pinata that looked kindof like my ex and we beat the cr@p ou of it.

Good times...

Comfort her and tell her that if he was a true boyfriend that really loved her then he would've been a man about his. She didn't lose nothing but a headache that's all.

Let her have some time to herself, then tell her that you have ears to listen and a shoulder to cry on, then take her out to ease her mind...Don't bash him just talk about happy times...

LISTEN--offer up advice that you may feel pertinate, but most of all LISTEN to her. Be with her when she cries and help her move on.
