I was a bit scared of that clown in Stephen King's IT, but the thing that freaked me out the most was this bit in Superman 3 when the bad guy's sister gets turned into an evil cyborg-thing by the super computer. I was so scared after the first time of seeing it I used to run out the room whenever that part of the film came on again.
Still gives me the creeps now actually... :-0

I was a little kid in the 80's and hand to God - nothing scared me more than Boy George - LMAO! there is seriously something/many things wrong with that guy. I was also scared of the evil Gremlins and for some reason Grimace from McDonalds scared the ever living hell out of me. He made an appearance at Mc D's when I was a kid and I kicked the crap out of that purple bastard lol.

I am with you on the cybermen and daleks. They are just wrong. Also the white Storm Troopers (think thats what they were called)from Star Wars. The child snatcher from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was also veeeeerrry creepy!
The daddy of all scares for me was Pennywise from stephen kings IT!!! Aarrgghhhhhhhh!!!
Strangely enough tho, when I was five I used to love Micheal Jacksons Thriller with all the dead zombie things and the werewolf. I would ask my dad to put it on all the time so he thought it was hilarious for me to be scared of doctor who characters!

I too had an irrational fear of the Daleks and to be honest, I still do!! Even as an adult I can't, and won't, watch Dr Who. Reading that back I realise I sound rather wierd but you did ask lol.

The Tales from the Creep intro would scare the hell out of me. Oh and the voice of the Unsolved Mysteries guy still creeps me out. Everytime I hear his voice on television I check my door to make sure its locked so a serial rapist won't come through my door..lol
