Some people have large heads....Hilary Duff does too.
I think Rhianna is a giant! Have you ever seen her standing next to regular sized people? She looks huge!
Maybe it's that skinny-mini lollypop head thing - where the teenage "stars" are so thin that they look like lollypops!
