Im switching my tauren druid to play a night elf druid, but I need to know one thing in the bg I was fighting a Pally that turned into those bears around the night elf starting area or in the entrance to moonglade what item let him do that or any other items that let you turn ishape shift like that?

The only problem with that theory is that I was lvl 21 and I think the guy that shape shifted was 23 The area your talking about is for lvl 40-53's.....I think

Cool, so A charge is like its uses? And can it be recharged by enchanters and stuff?

Oh, the furbolg you mean? That's a quest line out of Ashenvale. You get an item that lets you turn into a furbolg to talk to an uncorrupted furbolg. Plenty of folks never complete that quest so that they can keep the item (which gets turned in on completion). You can even drop the quest and pick it back up again at a later date to get a new item (it has limited charges).

The quest is from Feralas, I believe it's a quest chain. Check thottbot.com for Feralas quests.
