Has anyone else just got 12 points removed? I just lost 12, and when I went to figure out why, it said -10 and a link. I clicked on the link and it was AN OPEN QUESTION. Also 2 were removed too for deleting an answer?? Anyone else had this recently??

Yes,
Apparently I pi**ed off a very racist person by answering their racist question with an answer that was mild compared to the question and the person reported me... on several of my answers. I lost many points and I wrote back to Yahoo! Answer people contesting this but will be sadly disappointed!

i think sometimes people might select your answer as "best" but then change their minds and not confirm it. maybe you got the 10 pts, but then lost them cuz the question wasn't officially closed
you lose 2 pts when you delete an answer...thats the rule
