I have a thanksgiving cactus at home it is not flowering

Did you put it in front of a calendar? How else will it know its Thanksgiving? Duh!!!!!

these plants are very temperamental and do not like to be moved if you have moved the plant recently that would account for its failure to flower have seen plants that were covered in buds moved just a few feet drop all the buds in a few days

i don"t know if this will helpm but i have a christmas cactus that bloms in july..go figure!!!
