ideally with toilet tissue, but if u dont have any of that may i suggest the sas method?
get a bus ticket, fold it into 4 and rip the corner off, unwrap it then u have a small hole to put ur finger thru. keep the bit u ripped off!!! now wipe ur bottom with ur finger and use the ripped off bit to clean under ur nails. dont forget to wash ur hands lol

Does your shower have a detachable head ? If so, take it off and spray your botty. Front to back, natch.

With clean toilet paper, and keep wiping with fresh toilet paper until the paper is clean.
