Spider Man vs. Batman of the future

Spidey has super-strength and the ability to lift over 10 tons. Terry's suit enhances his strength by at least ten times but it's still nowhere near Spider Man's level. Spider Man has his web shooters but Terry has the ability to fly and has a more diverse array of weapons from explosive batarangs to his electro-shock suit. Terry was trained in martial arts and combat by an elderly Bruce Wayne while Spider Man's insanely fast reflexes allow him to avoid almost any attack. Spider Man's worst enemy of the psychotic Green Goblin while Terry has defeated The Joker for good and lived to tell the tale.

Who do you think will win this fight?

The reason I ask this question is because I've seen a few Spider Man vs. Batman scenarios before and in those cases, a significant number of people still supported Batman even though Spider Man was clearly his superior in strength and speed. Now, I want to see how people would react to Spider Man taking on the other Batman who isn't Bruce.

Spidey is a real super hero so he would win hands down.

Even though I gotta agree with everyone else that Spider-Man probably would win, I like Terry McGinnis: Batman Beyond more only because I've been a big fan of Bruce Tim's writing on both Batman Beyond and Justice League Unlimited.

The JLU episode with Terry were totally awesome, and finding out Terry's true origins just made the character even more AWESOME!

I respectfully disagree with those of you who feel Spidey wins this hands down, As well as combat and martial arts training Terry has probably had quite a few strategy lessons from the old master as well.Given time to plan an attack I believe that the Bat Clan will still win this one.

A spider monkey doped up on Mt. Dew wins. Spider man comes in a close second. The spider becomes goo under the spider monkey's paw.

*laughs* Actually, the most pyschotic of his foes...referring to Spider-Man is Carnage as well as the most ruthless. Terry, with all his high tech gadgets and Batman at his helm, would prove to be a rather disruptive opponent. As stated before, he has the ability to fly which puts Spider-man at a slight disadvantage. Yes, Terry has beaten the Joker...but what is Joker?...Human?...In a one on one fight, Joker can be pretty easily dispatched...most of Joker's plethora of attacks is slight of hand, counter attacks and always holding something over Batman's head...like a hostage, which proves to always work, regardless if it's Terry or Bruce Wayne. Spider-man on the other hand, fights aliens, takes on Symbiotes, vampires, and other oddities of society. Spider-man is stronger, is faster, more agile and probably more comedic as well...not quite sure if that's a big advantage but ya never know..lol. All Terry has going for him, is probably the greatest tactician that has ever lived within the comic and cartoon kingdom. The master of disguise, systems and thought, batman is a crucial part of this battle. But Even at the age he is within the batman beyond realm, does one think he's fast enough, mentally to keep up with the likes of Spider-Man?...and does this question find basis upon them meeting randomnly and duking it out?...or is this planned as though they can systematically produce a tactic to take down the other?..

If this is planned, and each have their own time to strategize their attacks...Terry wins, hands down. When given time, Batman can break down anyone...he single handedly built schemes on how to take down the JLA incase they went haywire...unfortunately for him, someone else got to those plans and turned it against them...anyways...JLA...Spider-man?...that's like comparing a boulder to a pebble...if Batman can find a plan to take down superman, spider-man is no match....Even if with spider senses, agility and super strength, Spider-Man wouldn't be able to counter attack everything that would be coming his way...no one has that speed outside of Quicksilver or Flash...if he had Flash's speed and his own reflexes then yes, Spider-Man wins...pretty easily as well....The only thing that would make this more insanely difficult would be Spidey's uncanny strength and stinking agility....he'd be able to dodge for a while, but he too has limits and can weaken, as well as be overwhelmed...

But if this is just a randomn encounter...Spider-Man wins...hands down...no argument...Bruce Wayne is too old to keep up with Spider-Man mentally in a full blown attack, which would make Terry the main brain of the operation and he too isn't the great fighter in the world. Spider-Man would have the capacity to tear his armor to shreds...literally. Eventually, little terry would run out of gadgets to keep spider-man at bay...if he doesn't run away, he'd be overwhelmed by the spider bitten individual.

Spidey is too quick, too strong, to agile for terry in a random encounter, but with a planned attack, Batman Beyond wins...blasted Bruce Wayne...lol. It all depends upon the situation and circumstances which most every comic v comic/cartoon situation seems to involve. Each has their strengths and weaknesses, it all depends upon how the other exploits their opponents weaknesses and take full advantage of their own strengths....
