What was the convicted killers name please?

no, but my grampa was one of the guards in charge of Ed Gein. He gave my brother and I a meal slip that Ed, himself wrote his name on.
My grampa knew him quite well in the prison and talks about him once in a while- I guess he was kind of easy to talk to, just a little messed up in the head (obviously).

When I was a child, a neighbor had been convicted of strangling and mutilating prostitutes. I don't remember much, but he was married, with two kids, and was very quiet.
I correspond with numerous serial killers, but have not met them.

Why would you want to meet a serial killer?
They're sad disturbed people, who were usually physicaly/sexualy/emotionally abused by their parents (typically their mom) when they were kids, and then grew up to spend a lifetime taking out their rage on women who never did anything to them.
Why would you want to meet some poor soul like that?
I simply don't get the facination with serial killers.
My brother used to pretend to be a serial killer in chatrooms, and he used to get all these sad emails from people (usually women) who ADMIRED him for being a killer and wanted to meet him!
Girls would send him naked pictures of themselves (one girl drove 2,000 miles cross country, from Alabama to California, with her 9 year old daughter, just to meet him!!)
It was sad... (and, of course, my brother wasn't a serial killer at all, just a small time Crystal Meth dealer with a good imagination)

Yes. First cousin. In prison. 6 life sentences. Not enough.

I met a guy who stabbed a packet of Corn Flakes. He is the only cereal killer I have met.

No, but we have a suspicious neighbor...now out of jail....a swarm of police combed his yard looking for a dead body...probably not his first or last victim...:(
