i.e if my system is on lan to and have access to the printer , is it possible that my activity is logged (what ever i print with it ) ,if yes , then how to bypass it ?

Chances are no even if you print directly to the printer most printer have internal logs of print jobs. While they can see that you printed to a printer in most cases they can not see what you have printed.

If you're printing to a networked printer, yes your printing is logged. There is NO way to bypass that if your administrator is logging print jobs. Print logging is enabled by default on Windows print spoolers.

In a Windows enviroment, the following will be logged by default:

Document name
Your username
Date
Time
Printer that you printed to
Size of the print job

Possibly. Is your system connected to the printer directly or through the network. If it is through the network then it is probably logged. The print server can be configured to track this information.

To bypass you should connect directly to the printer and clear the printer's job cache.

Some printers do have the ability to store past printed jobs on internal hard drives or flash. You will have to consult your printer manual to see if that feature is on your printer.

Windows also has the ability to audit print jobs when you print to a printer. More info towards the bottom of the page here:
